:: You may choose to store your retired files with us, because it is less expensive than storing them in a mini-storage. Or, it eliminates the disruption of sending yourself, or another of your staff to a storage site, when they need to be doing something more productive. Or, it may be because no one likes digging through the dust of storage boxes in a hot or cold warehouse environment.

:: Or, you may choose to work with us because we can pull a file, when the only information you have available is the name or number on the folder. You may also choose us because we can organize your presently stored files. We have accomplished this type of service for projects of all imaginable sizes.

:: Our Service will index your files within boxes and put that data into our computer (or you may choose to keep that information for yourself). Our computer system is backed up on continuous basis and additional tape backup is done after hours. Backup tapes are housed in our fireproof vault. Should you ever need a printout of your files, we can provide it for free or a very nominal rate.

:: Our local delivery service is a standard four business hours. Rush orders are available within two hours. For our clients with offices nationwide, we have overnight delivery available. If you have records that should be destroyed after a certain date, we will notify you, when the time comes, and you will have the option of telling us to go ahead with destruction or handling it yourself. Should you need a document faxed from a file to your office, or elsewhere, we are readily equipped to provide the service. Should you ever decide to move your files, there are no special exit fees or charges for permanent removal.
