Imaging Services and Resources: TAB has a full
compliment of resources and staffing to perform imaging
projects. Projects range from an analysis & report by
one of our Certified Document Imaging (C.D.I.A.)
consultants to the full conversion and implementation of
a Records Management Plan.

Qualifications: To successfully implement projects, TAB
has multiple talents in place. TAB can also provide an
ongoing “out-source” of talent to perform long term or
continuous work.
1) Project Manager -
This individual is responsible for good communication
and overall Client satisfaction. He or she conducts
meetings with all staff members and coordinate the
results as specified. The Project Manager is responsible
for the project plan, its implementation, staff training
and ongoing results. Experience:
a) Minimum of 10 years in the records management field.
b) Management 100 plus services projects.
c) 40 hours per year of continued records management
training.
2) Site Manager -
This individual is responsible for the day-to-day
management of the Project and the staff. Metrics of
performance are identified and measured for staff
members. Experience:
a) Minimum of 3 years in the records management field.
b) Management of 50 plus services projects.
c) 40 hours per year of continued records management
training.
3) Imaging Staff -
This individual (or group of individuals) is responsible
for carrying out day-to-day project tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
document preparation, scanning, indexing, performing
quality control, releasing images and reprepping
documents. Experience & skill set:
a) Communication Skills
